The scalpel is inserted into the slot in the container until the QS-click is heard. The handle is withdrawn & the blade remains sealed inside for later disposal.

Setting up the BladeFLASK and Bracket

The Qlicksmart BladeFLASK scalpel blade remover is designed for single-handed operation and comprises two components - Flask and Bracket.

Bracket:

The bracket is an integral part of the overall system and is supplied separately with instructions including a template to simplify placement.

The mounting bracket is fixed to a wall, bench or trolley at each clean-up site or point of use through a strong, adhesive, double-sided tape is pre-fixed to the rear of the bracket. Additional mounting screws are required should they be required.

"A very versatile and user-friendly device. Environmentally friendly as it eliminates the haphazard disposal of sharps. One hand operation is its unique feature seldom found in similar scalpel removal devices. A good innovative device."
